Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Enter your US delivery address at checkout to see available shipping services and charges. Prices are in USD. For other destinations, availability is shown in the checkout country selector.

When will my order arrive?

Processing and transit time vary by item and destination. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering to confirm the current estimate. Read Shipping & delivery for details.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

We have not announced a guaranteed Christmas cut-off. Please review Christmas delivery information and contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.

Which projector slides are included?

The selected set determines the included slide collection, quantity and packaging. Use “View photos of this set” on the product page. The full gallery shows several available collections; not every pictured design is included in every set. AI-created room previews are illustrations, and actual projection depends on the surface, focus and room lighting.

Does the projector need batteries?

This model is USB powered and requires a compatible DC 5V / 1A power source during use. Use it in a dark indoor space and adjust the focus for the clearest image.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us promptly with your order number. Changes are only possible before fulfillment or personalization production begins.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused, non-personalized items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Different rules apply to personalized items and damaged or incorrect goods. Read our Returns & replacements policy before sending anything back.
