Shipping to the United States

We welcome orders from customers in the United States. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. All prices are shown in US dollars.

Processing and delivery

Processing time is separate from transit time. Timing depends on the selected product, stock availability, destination and carrier. Products may ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm the current processing and delivery estimate. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and holiday demand can affect arrival.

Shipping charges

The shipping amount shown at checkout applies to your order. We do not currently advertise a storewide free-shipping threshold. Any applicable taxes or duties shown at checkout are included in your final total; additional import charges, if assessed by the destination authority and not collected at checkout, may be payable by the recipient.

Tracking and delivery issues

When your order ships, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. For an address correction, delayed parcel or missing delivery, contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
